This box features a variety of some of our favorite beef cuts. We have two box sizes to choose from:
Small Box
1 beef brisket (approx. 3-4lbs)
4 1 lb packages of ground beef
4 packages of beef short ribs (approx. 1lb each)
Medium Box
2 beef brisket (approx. 3-4 lbs each)
8 1lb packages of ground beef
8 packages of beef short ribs (approx 1lb each)
